Can I reach RentCore after hours?

Absolutely! We are on hand 24/7 to deal with emergency issues that may arise.

How much is a security deposit for a tenant?

Under law, we cannot ask for more than one month’s rent to act as a security deposit.

When can you start advertising my property?

What kinds of properties do you manage?

RentCore handles everything from traditional houses, to apartments and condos, as well as townhouses and commercial real estate.

How old must I be to rent a property?

You must be over 18 years of age to enter into a rental contract.

Will you return my security deposit?

Yes, your deposit will be refunded on the last day of tenancy, after the keys have been returned. The prepaid last month deposit collected for the rent will be allocated to your last month’s rent.

How do I pay my rent per month?

RentCore accepts multiple methods of payment, including EMT, postdated cheques, or through our online RentCore Resident Portal.

Can I have pets?

Yes, pets are allowed.
